Yesterday, on the final day of the general assembly, the radical left revealed its true agenda, passing a bill that enshrines irreversible experimental procedures as quote medically necessary care for those with gender dysphoria.

This dangerous legislation mandates coverage for invasive procedures like genital mutilation, chemical castration, hormone injections, and cosmetic surgeries. All under the guise of gender affirming health care. It strips parental rights, silences doctors, removes oversight, and forces insurers to comply with reckless ideology. Testosterone will no longer be monitored. Providers can deem anything necessary. This is not health care. It is state-sponsored harm.

Governor Polus must choose fringe activists or a majority of the Coloradoans demanding sanity. If he signs it, he is complicit in the destruction of medical ethics, parental authority, and the public trust.
