Breaking news overnight, Governor Jared Polis and the radical left just declared war on Colorado parents.

Late last night in total silence, Governor Jared Polis signed HB25-1312, the so-called Kelly Loving Act, without a press conference, without a statement, and without media present.

Why? Because he knew exactly what this law would do.

Hand over your parental rights to the government and the radical left. I learned of this betrayal while attending an incredible Archuleta County Reagan Day dinner, surrounded by patriots, listening to Senator Mark Baisley and Representative Scott Bottoms, two bold, fearless warriors who fight every single day for our children are running to be the next Republican governor of Colorado. Hearing their vision for restoring sanity and protecting families made it all more clear. Colorado desperately needs a Republican governor. This law proves it.

This isn’t about inclusion. It’s about control.

It’s about forcing compliance with a dangerous ideology and punishing anyone who refuses to bow down.

Here’s what the radical left just shoved down our throats. Signed into law by a spineless governor:

  • Rebrands gender confusion as protected expression under Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act, giving radical courts the power to punish parents in custody battles if they won’t affirm their child’s mental health crisis.
  • Strips away from parents and schools, allowing students to dress however they want, whenever they want, with no standards, no enforcement, and no recourse.GenderConfusion
  • Allows minors to change their name without parental consent. A direct path to social transitioning behind parents’ backs, eroding trust and undermining families.
  • Grants minors access to irreversible gender procedures while threatening small businesses and faith-based organizations with lawsuits if they don’t comply with the leftist indoctrination.
  • Gives legal representatives, not parents, the right to change a child’s birth certificate, opening the door to confusion, abuse, and manipulation in courts across the state.
  • Permits unlimited gender changes on official IDs, even for 16-year-olds without parental approval or medical oversight.
  • Creates a loophole for illegal aliens to change their legal identity up to three times, making it easier for criminals to vanish and exploit our system.

This is not a civil rights bill. It’s a radical left manifesto signed into law. It’s a direct attack on families, faith, trust, and the very idea of parental authority. And Jared Polis owns it. That’s why he slithered behind the closed doors to sign this manifesto. That’s why he’ll never again hold public office. We will not be silent. We will not be bullied.

We will mobilize. We will sue. We will fight. And we will win. To every woke lawmaker, every radical activist, and every politician who stood by while this happened, you’re next. We are not going to stay silent. We will not be polite.

We will not co-parent with the government. And we will not allow this to be a law by the radical left. This is our state. These are our kids. And this is the line that you crossed.
